- Have operational, results and personnel responsibility
- Part of school's management group to develop the entire school
Requirements
- Pedagogical higher education degree or equivalent
- Experience working in elementary school or fritidshem (after-school care)
- Experience in leadership position or leading colleagues
- Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Well versed in elementary school curriculum and steering documents
