Responsibilities
- Lead production group of ~16 employees performing maintenance on armored vehicles (Pansarterrängbilar)
- First-line manager with personnel responsibility for work distribution and goal attainment
- Responsible for production, quality, economy, work environment, safety and customer relations
Requirements
- Minimum 3-year high school with technical/workshop orientation, current leadership experience, fluent Swedish (written and spoken), strong computer skills (Office package), B-driving license
