Responsibilities
- Lead operations at the psychiatric clinic with operational, financial, and personnel responsibility for ~36 staff
- Maintain and develop quality of psychiatric care and create conditions for a good work environment
- Supervise and collaborate with staff including nurses, psychologists, social workers, and doctors
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree in healthcare OR equivalent education with relevant work experience
- Previous experience as manager/leader with responsibility for operations, personnel, and economy
- Leadership education (preferably developmental leadership)
- Basic knowledge in systematic work environment management
- Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
