Responsibilities
- Lead Unit for Authority Law 2, managing a team of qualified lawyers
- Oversee legal support, rule development and regulatory work in areas including data protection, digitalization, contract law, and crisis preparedness
- Develop regulations, guidelines, and legal products; draft consultation responses and opinions to courts and authorities
Requirements
- Law degree (juristexamen or jur. kand.-examen)
- Managerial experience with responsibility for operations, budget, staff and results
- Several years of experience in government agency or public sector
- Experience leading legal operations
- Very good Swedish written and verbal communication skills
- Must be Swedish citizen (security clearance required)
