- Overall responsibility for operations, economy and staff within care and welfare
- Lead, develop and follow up operations towards set goals ensuring cost-effective quality
- Represent municipality, collaborate with other departments, and ensure legal compliance
Requirements
- Higher education relevant to the position; several years of management experience; experience in care/welfare sector; experience in politically governed organization; Swedish language skills (written and oral); B driver's license required; leading other managers experience preferred
