- Lead and develop operations at special housing in accordance with Social Services Act (SoL) and municipal values
- Manage personnel including recruitment, scheduling, and competence development
- Ensure quality, economy, and documentation follow laws and guidelines
Requirements
- Higher education in care, social work or equivalent
- Leadership experience in elderly care or special housing
- Experience with personnel and budget responsibility
- Good knowledge of Social Services Act (SoL) and work environment legislation
- Valid driver's license (manual and automatic)
