Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operations in vehicle workshop and for transporters
- Plan staffing, resources and ensure service/maintenance schedules for 550-vehicle fleet
- Develop work methods, coordinate workflow between mechanics and administrative staff
Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- Leadership/coordination experience
- Experience from vehicle workshop or technical environment
- Knowledge of workshop flows and service planning
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Administrative experience with digital systems
