Responsibilities
- Lead and develop social services operations based on legislation and political goals
- Overall responsibility for unit budget, economy, staff, work environment and quality
- Manage two management groups with 10 unit managers through trust-based leadership
- Drive development and change work ensuring legally secure operations
Requirements
- Relevant university degree
- Several years of leadership experience in social services areas
- Previous management experience
- Good knowledge of social services legislation and authority exercise
- Experience with budget, staff, work environment and quality development responsibility
- Experience working in politically governed organizations
- Strong Swedish communication skills (spoken and written)
- Digital competence and experience with analysis and operational data
