Responsibilities
- Operative leadership and personnel responsibility for a team of property technicians and caretakers
- Plan projects, maintenance plans, service agreements, and submit bids/offers
- Develop customer relationships, handle sales and additional sales to existing clients
- Overall economic responsibility including utilization reports for the work group
Requirements
- High school education
- Work experience in leadership
- Work experience in the property/real estate industry
- Good computer and Office skills
- B driving license
- Good Swedish skills (written and spoken)
