Responsibilities
- Build bar from zero: drink list, supplier negotiations, equipment and routines
- Full personnel responsibility: recruit, schedule, lead and develop bar team
- Own bar economy: beverage costs, waste, purchases, margins and profitability
Requirements
- Experienced bar chef or bartender ready for leadership role
- Strong on craft cocktails and high volume service
- Business-minded: masters costs, purchasing and profit analysis
- Previous personnel management experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset - wants to build and own something
