Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and legal certainty in care for elderly and people with disabilities according to SoL and LSS
- Lead systematic quality work, coordinate development and improvement initiatives
- Be expert support in legal security, documentation and public authority matters for managers and staff
Requirements
- Social worker degree (Socionomexamen); Several years of experience in case handling within social services; Good knowledge of relevant legislation; Experience of a supervisory/leadership role
