Responsibilities
- Lead and plan fritids (leisure activity) operations for approximately 35 students with intellectual disabilities
- Manage personnel responsibility for ~25 student assistants who also work in the school
- Conduct pedagogical development work including 'assistentlyftet' (assistant development program)
Requirements
- Higher education with pedagogical focus on fritidshem/leisure time education
- Education and experience working with intellectual disabilities
- Experience leading a larger team of staff
