Responsibilities
- Lead system harmonisation and data landscape across Nordic countries
- Set architecture standards, handle vendor governance, define technology roadmap
- Lead complex technology transformation and system consolidation decisions
Requirements
- Solid experience in platform, data engineering, or software with technical leadership/solution architect background
- Experience leading complex technology transformation in post-merger, consolidation, or rapid growth environments
- Experience designing and leading IT operating models including analytics and AI initiatives
- Experience with data governance and master data management
- Experience managing external suppliers and consultants
- Knowledge of security, risk, and compliance (GDPR, NIS2)
- Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian, and English (speaking and writing)
