- Lead, organize and develop operations within personal assistance, ledsagning and avlösning
- Economy, staff and operations responsibility - ensure goals are met
- Coach and support staff, promote work environment and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Higher education (behavioral science or equivalent)
- Experience leading staff within LSS or similar
- Economy and operations responsibility experience
- B driver's license required
- Good Swedish skills (written and oral)
