Responsibilities
- Staff and work environment responsibility for lab operations including HR, capacity planning and onboarding
- Process development and efficiency - building structured, scalable operations
- Procurement management in accordance with public procurement law (LOU)
Requirements
- Documented personnel management experience including work environment and labor law
- Experience from private sector with business-oriented approach
- Experience from grant-funded activities (Vinnova/EU projects)
- Experience in high-growth, fast-changing environments
- Experience building and structuring processes and workflows
- Very good Swedish and English communication skills
