Responsibilities
- Lead and develop restaurant operations with focus on service, quality, and guest experience
- Full personnel responsibility for service team - create engagement, structure and good conditions
- Plan, coordinate and ensure successful events, conferences and customer activities
- Handle orders, purchasing, invoicing and cost follow-up
Requirements
- Experience from restaurant, hotel, conference or event operations with high guest demands
- Previous leadership experience (e.g., restaurant manager, head waiter or similar)
- Documented experience of personnel management and team development
- Experience of event, conferences or larger service deliveries
- Good economic understanding with experience of calculation, pricing and cost follow-up
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
