Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operations at youth centers in Folkets Park and Seved
- Plan, allocate and follow up work including staffing and scheduling
- Work directly with youth and collaborate with schools, social services and other actors
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in social work, pedagogy, behavioral science, leisure leadership or leadership
- Experience in leadership, coordination or operational management
- Experience in planning and coordinating staffing and daily operations
- Experience in administration, documentation and operational follow-up
- Experience working with youth in leisure, youth, social or school settings
- Ability to work independently, structured and solution-oriented
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
