Responsibilities
- Lead production through Area Managers, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity and economy results
- Drive improvement work according to Lean principles and achieve KPI targets
- Ensure effective production planning, optimal capacity utilization and resource allocation
- Contribute to strategic development as member of local management group
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in manufacturing industry
- Documented experience leading managers in larger production organization
- Experience with change management and Lean methodology
- Good knowledge of production management, work environment, quality and safety
- Strong economic understanding and experience with business management and KPIs
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
