Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for all F&B outlets (kitchens, restaurants, bars) including staff, guests and financial KPIs
- Drive commercial development, create events and experiences at Ystad Saltsjöbad & Villan
- Ensure employee satisfaction (NPS/eNPS) and team development through close leadership
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in hospitality/restaurant industry
- Experience from larger organization (e.g., Executive Chef, Head Chef or Restaurant Manager background preferred)
- Passion for food and beverage with strong hospitality mindset
