- Overall responsibility for quality, development and goal fulfillment across social services (Individ- och familjeomsorg, funktionsstöd, vård- och omsorg)
- Lead strategic improvements in care and nursing to ensure quality and economic sustainability amid demographic challenges
- Manage economy, staff and work environment; report to municipal director and lead municipality-wide initiatives
Requirements
- Experience leading other managers in complex organization within social services field
- Higher education within the field or equivalent
- Demonstrated results from leading in complex operations with value-driven leadership
- Change-focused leadership with ability to build trust and collaborate across functions
