Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Care Administration as a purchaser organization for home care, special housing, LSS and HSL
- Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and follow-up of care services with budget responsibility of ~950 Mkr
- Drive strategic development focusing on quality, innovation and systematic improvement work
Requirements
- Relevant higher education
- Several years of leadership experience in healthcare and social care
- Documented experience of strategic leadership and business development
- Knowledge of social services legislation (Socialtjänstlag, LSS, HSL)
- Experience of systematic quality work and operational follow-up
- Experience of change management and organizational development
- Understanding of financial management and resource planning
- Experience working in a politically governed organization
