Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 GPG Application Engineers and 14 additional HBU and GCoC engineers globally
- Coordinate business development and pre-tender activities for Power Conversion, Power Quality Industry and Grid Connection
- Engage early with customers to understand needs and shape optimized, cost-effective solutions
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or similar
- Strong experience in application engineering, business development or lead engineering within Power Conversion, Power Quality Industry or Grid Connection
- Experience in guiding teams and coordinating complex projects
- Good understanding of grid codes and power system infrastructure
- Technical expertise in Grid and Power Quality Solutions and tools (PSSE, PSCAD, RTDS, MATLAB)
- Proven experience engaging customers and developing long-term partnerships
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%
