- Higher education relevant to the field; Experience with personnel, economy and operational responsibility; Knowledge of relevant legislation; Change-oriented with ability to motivate and develop people; Coaching leadership style with collaborative approach; Trustworthy with ability to create long-term relationships; Methodical and strategic with good decision-making ability; Responsive and communicative; Home care experience is meritorious
