Responsibilities
- Lead and plan site production activities for steel structure installation
- Ensure project delivery on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and manage production planning and material flows
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction, civil engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven experience leading site operations and construction teams
- Strong expertise in steel structures and structural steel construction
- Technical education in construction or structural steel engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Legal right to work in Sweden
