Responsibilities
- Lead department of 13-15 employees in NOC & Operations for fiber network and services
- Ensure stable and secure operation of network infrastructure and data centers
- Manage budget, long-term planning, and operational development
- Drive process improvements, IT governance, and act as technical interface to customers/suppliers
- Oversee newly established SOC (Security Operation Center)
Requirements
- Leadership experience with personnel responsibility
- Experience in IT operations, networking, and data communications
- Experience in high-availability operations environment
- Experience in broadband, city network, or telecom industry
- Experience in IT governance and structured, process-oriented work
- Good Swedish skills (written and spoken)
- Class B driver's license
