- Support unit manager in daily leadership and operational management of home care services
- Handle everyday operational and administrative questions
- Participate in resource planning and follow-up for operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience and education in healthcare or elderly care (or equivalent)
- Driver's license B
- Management experience preferred (preferably from care sector)
- Good leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks
