- Operational, personnel and budget responsibility for palliative team in Leksand-Rättvik
- Personnel responsibility for 12 physicians across Dalarna
- Lead, develop and coordinate operations; contribute to strategic development of specialized palliative care in the county
Requirements
- Higher education in relevant field
- Previous management experience with personnel responsibility
- Very good Swedish written and spoken
- Good knowledge of legislation in public operations and healthcare
