Responsibilities
- Lead and develop support team handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Develop strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to find best solutions for customers
Requirements
- Experience in people management within customer support or sales
- Structured and able to follow written routines
- Communicative, solution-oriented and passionate about helping people
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Sales experience and understanding of sales process
- Interest and experience in working with AI and automation
