Responsibilities
- Lead Quality and Quality Assurance for the entire Marabou production site in Upplands Väsby
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement with zero-loss mindset
- Build and develop a team of 7 direct reports with budget ownership
Requirements
- MSc in Engineering, Food Science or relevant education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality within manufacturing (Food/Pharma)
- Proven leadership experience (team and matrix)
- Change management experience
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
