Responsibilities
- Work with the operations manager to develop and improve the facility
- Plan, lead and follow up on employees' work
- Ensure client work complies with applicable laws and guidelines
Requirements
- Relevant higher education in social care (social work or behavioral science)
- B driver's license
- Experience from similar operations
- Experience with documentation work
- Knowledge of social law including SoL and LSS
- Knowledge of work environment regulations
- Very good written and spoken Swedish
- Good IT skills and familiarity with operational systems
