Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-professional team of 9 employees including occupational therapists, IT technicians, logopedists and special educators
- Manage unit towards goals with responsibility for economy, personnel and work environment
- Serve as department head combined with business developer role for all Communication services
Requirements
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare and/or habilitation/rehabilitation preferred
- Previous leadership experience or leadership training meritorious
- Very good Swedish language skills (written and oral)
- Experience creating text and presentations from factual material
- B-driver's license required
