Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee existing contracts ensuring compliance with authority requirements and customer agreements
- Implement and optimize internal routines and work processes for operational efficiency
- Lead ongoing follow-up of operations against KPIs and quality goals
Requirements
- Several years of experience in delivery planning and systematic quality work
- Experience working with KPIs and driving systematic improvement work
- Experience leading others in an operational environment (e.g., team lead)
- Good Swedish and English skills (spoken and written)
- Good system understanding
