Responsibilities
- Manage existing contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer agreements
- Implement and optimize internal routines and work processes
- Follow up operations against set KPIs and quality goals, identify operational risks
Requirements
- Several years of experience in delivery planning and systematic quality work
- Experience working with KPIs and driving systematic improvement work
- Experience leading others in an operational environment (team lead or similar)
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Good system understanding
