Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate production activities within your area of responsibility
- Ensure work follows schedule, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
- Conduct daily safety briefings and coordinate subcontractors and resources
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as Construction Supervisor or equivalent site leadership role
- Experience from construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or industrial projects
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience
- Good command of Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Valid Category B driving licence
