Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the plant with overall responsibility for function, economy, and long-term performance
- Drive strategic development, improvement initiatives, and investment planning
- Ensure high availability, safety, and compliance with environmental and occupational health requirements
Requirements
- Relevant engineering or process education (or equivalent experience)
- Experience of personnel management
- Experience from process industry, energy production, or production-intensive operations
- Knowledge of production economics and experience of financial follow-up and control
