Responsibilities
- Responsible for school's after-school care (fritidshem) with personnel responsibility
- Part of school's management team, working closely with principal
- Participate in student health team and scheduling responsibilities
Requirements
- Relevant higher education in pedagogy or equivalent
- Previous leadership experience (e.g., team leader, development leader, lead teacher)
- Experience with scheduling and good knowledge of school law
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with students, staff and parents
- Good organizational and administrative skills
