Responsibilities
- Strategically develops school curriculum and ensures vertical/horizontal alignment with SIS Mission and Vision
- Leads (re)accreditation processes and Educational Leadership Team meetings
- Oversees curriculum-related professional development and collaborates with IB programme coordinators
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a school setting
- Successful experience with IB Programmes
- University degree (BA in Education or Teaching qualifications)
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to manage human, financial, and physical resources
