- Lead and plan operations for the Kolonial (grocery) team as part of store management
- Manage product flow including sales planning, ordering, and ensuring seasonal availability
- Responsible for e-commerce operations and development
- Staff responsibilities: recruitment, scheduling, and employee development
Requirements
- High school education (gymnasial utbildning)
- Good Swedish skills (spoken and written)
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in retail
- Experience from grocery retail is advantageous
