Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Community Development Administration through four unit managers and an administrative unit
- Ensure high quality in authority exercises, service and citizen interaction
- Drive coordinated, effective and long-term development of the department
- Participate in the municipality's strategic management group and represent the department before the committee
Requirements
- Relevant academic education, preferably in community building
- Several years of experience as a manager
- Experience of authority exercise in a politically controlled organization
- Knowledge of community building processes
- Experience of organizational development
- Experience of budget responsibility in municipal sector
