Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in customer service/support
- Documented experience leading and developing teams
- Data-driven approach with experience analyzing KPIs and customer insights
- Experience collaborating across different functions within an organization
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
