- Hold pedagogical responsibility ensuring students achieve good results
- Manage staff, work environment and economy at the school unit
Requirements
- Teacher education or other pedagogical higher education
- Experience as principal or assistant principal
- Familiar with school's governing documents
- Completed or started principal education (preferred)
- Experience with multilingual and structurally disadvantaged areas (preferred)
- Experience in resource school (preferred)
