Responsibilities
- Lead pedagogical leadership and systematic quality work at Kullagymnasiet
- Develop school's profile, identity and student offerings in line with entrepreneurship, internationalization and wellbeing
- Build strong culture and attractivenes through collaboration with staff, students, parents and stakeholders
Requirements
- Academic degree with pedagogical orientation
- Several years of leadership experience in upper secondary school (principal or assistant principal)
- Experience with pedagogical development and systematic quality work
- Good knowledge of school governing documents and upper secondary school mission
- Clear, communicative leadership style with ability to build trust and engagement
- Ability to lead change and translate vision into concrete development
