Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the procurement unit (12 employees)
- Ensure legally compliant and commercial procurements according to LOU
- Drive strategic development of municipal procurement processes
Requirements
- Relevant higher education (law, economics, public administration or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in public procurement at strategic/operational level
- Deep knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act)
- Experience as manager with staff, financial and operational responsibility (meritorious)
