Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for business, operations and development of 15-20 franchised St1 stations
- Develop sales and profitability across fuel, shop, car wash and EV charging
- Coach, support and challenge franchisees to meet business targets
- Analyze results, follow up KPIs and create action plans
Requirements
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience
- Several years of business-oriented leadership experience in retail
- Experience leading and developing operations through franchisees or store managers in a concept-driven environment
- Experience with budget, KPIs and business development
- Valid B driver's license
- Fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
