Responsibilities
- Lead and develop daily store operations with focus on sales, results and customer experience
- Full responsibility for staff, budget and results with support from regional manager
- Lead, develop and coach team including practical trainees from labor market programs
Requirements
- Experience from a leadership position
- Experience with purchasing and pricing combined with sales
- Education in visual merchandising or equivalent experience
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing (required for coaching)
- Interest in fashion, interior design and trends
- Understanding of social media marketing
