Responsibilities
- Lead and develop unit of ~50 staff (dosimetrists, engineers, hospital physicists) together with existing unit manager
- Hold operational, financial, personnel and work environment responsibility
- Ensure radiation safety and lead quality improvement and research activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3-year university degree in relevant field (medical physics, medical technology, or radiation-related)
- Experience from medical physics, medical technology or radiation-related healthcare
- Experience leading groups and representing employer with holistic perspective
- Ability to build trusting relationships and communicate adaptively
- Leadership skills with ability to drive change and achieve results
