Responsibilities
- Lead development of Daglig verksamhet (Daily Activities) for ~330 participants
- Have staff, budget and work environment responsibility with ~22 employees
- Ensure systematic quality work and evidence-based practices within LSS
Requirements
- Relevant higher education (e.g., social worker)
- Managerial experience with full personnel responsibility within LSS legislation
- Knowledge of social law
- Experience with IBIC
- Knowledge of low-arousal response methods, AAC, motivational interviewing
- B-driver's license
