Responsibilities
- Operational staff responsibility for lab groups (work environment, labor law, onboarding, capacity planning)
- Build, structure, document and improve operational processes in a fast-growing environment
- Bridge between operations, employees, management and external partners; handle agreements with higher education partners
Requirements
- Documented staff responsibility including work environment and labor law experience
- Experience from industry/private sector in operational leadership with business acumen
- Experience from grant-funded activities (e.g., Vinnova or EU projects)
- Experience building, structuring, documenting and improving processes
- Very good proficiency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
