- Lead and mentor a team (8+ members), drive career progression and Individual Development Plans
- Manage HR operations including time administration, compensation reviews, retention actions, and off-boarding
- Partner with stakeholders (PM, Delivery, HR, Support functions) to align team and business needs
Requirements
- Experience managing teams of 8+ members with focus on coaching and career development
- Familiarity with ERP/GPS systems for time tracking and compensation reviews
- Strong conflict resolution and proactive problem-solving skills
