Responsibilities
- Strategically and operationally lead the property and service department with personnel, economy and operations responsibility
- Manage, maintain and develop the property portfolio in collaboration with property owners (university owns no properties)
- Drive digitization and space efficiency improvements, ensuring high-quality daily service operations
Requirements
- Experience from managerial roles, preferably in similar operations
- Experience from property industry and knowledge of rental law and public procurement (advantageous)
- Experience in property economics, contract management and negotiation (meritorious)
- Good ability to express oneself in Swedish and English (required)
- Solution-oriented with ability to motivate employees and create good working climate
- Responsible, thorough and service-oriented
